Purpose: To help you find our factory using an embedded map on our Contact page.
Personal data: IP address, browser information, and any cookies set by the map service.
Source: Your browser, when the Contact page loads the map.
Legal basis: Legitimate use – providing directions to our premises.
Retention: Determined by the map service provider under its own privacy policy.
Recipients: The map service provider, which acts independently and processes this data under its own privacy policy.

Handling data protection requests

Purpose: To respond to requests about your personal data, such as access, correction, erasure, or grievances, as required by law.

The embedded map on our Contact page is provided by a third-party map service, which may set its own cookies when the map loads. You can block third-party cookies in your browser settings; the rest of our website will continue to work.

These providers act on our behalf, and we share with them only the limited data they need to provide their service:

Website hosting and analytics provider – technical request data (such as IP address and browser information) needed to deliver the website, and aggregated usage and performance statistics.
Email delivery service – the contents of the inquiry form you submit, solely to deliver it to our sales inbox.
Business email provider – the emails we send and receive, including inquiries and our replies.

Each of these providers processes personal data in accordance with its own privacy policy and data protection terms, and is responsible for maintaining appropriate security for the data it handles. (ii) Authorities
